Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong attention to detail with numbers and datasets.
• Basic to intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; willingness to learn tools.
• Experience with PMO, operations, analytics, or reporting is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple delivery teams and systems.
• Track productivity, quality, staffing, and service level performance.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates used by delivery leadership.
• Support project and engagement documentation, including plans and logs.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers for timely data submissions.
• Assist with meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Monitor basic risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Independently manage regular operational, financial, and performance reporting.
• Analyze delivery data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting packs for leadership.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and workload analysis.
• Track delivery metrics and performance indicators.
• Maintain governance artifacts for projects and engagements.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting requests.
