Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a PMO professional to support governance, reporting, planning, and delivery oversight across Salesforce transformation programmes.

You will collaborate with project managers, programme leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure adherence to PM standards and successful execution. The role emphasizes maintaining project plans and dashboards, monitoring milestones and risks, and delivering concise executive updates.

Qualifications

• You have relevant experience in PMO or project coordination.
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementation or transformation projects (preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO certifications (preferred).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Governance & Oversight: Maintain project plans, budgets, and resource tracking.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Collaboration: Support portfolio and programme management functions and coordinate with project managers and leadership.
• Delivery focus: Ensure alignment and delivery success across Salesforce transformation programmes.

As a PMO professional, you will support governance, reporting, planning, and delivery oversight across Salesforce transformation programmes. You will work closely with project managers, programme leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adherence to project management standards.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Governance & Oversight

• Maintain project plans, budgets, and resource tracking.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across Salesforce projects.
• Support governance forums and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and compliance standards.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Coordinate project documentation and reporting activities.
• Facilitate project financial tracking and vendor management activities.
• Support portfolio and programme management functions.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery success.

Experience

• You have relevant experience in PMO or project coordination.
• You have experience supporting Salesforce implementation or transformation projects (preferred).
• You have PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO certifications (preferred).
