Job summary

Teradyne in the Philippines is seeking a PLM Data Analyst to manage and maintain engineering data in Teamcenter, ensuring accurate configuration, documentation, and change control across the product lifecycle. You will handle BOM configuration, ECO/ECN execution, part number creation, data governance, and collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to improve data quality and efficiency.

Candidates should have a technical degree and experience with Teamcenter, BOMs, and data tooling

Qualifications

BS or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
Knowledge or work experience in Teamcenter, engineering documentation, BOM, or configuration control is a plus.
Working experience or involvement in any part of an ECO/ECN process, BOM structures, and part lifecycle management.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication skills for cross-functional engagement.
Experience in Data management (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power tools, SharePoint, Jira) and automation is highly appreciated.
Exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, or compliance documentation.
Experience working in cross-functional or global engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product master data, part numbers, BOMs, product structures, and engineering documentation within the PLM system.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across PLM, ERP, and related business systems.
Support Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) through the review, release, and implementation process.
Analyze product and engineering data to generate reports, dashboards, and metrics that support business decisions.
Conduct data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies to maintain high-quality product information.
Develop and enforce data governance standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management processes.
Assist with PLM system enhancements, data migrations, testing, and user support.
Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and user training materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PLM processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT teams to support master data management for current/new product development and operational activities
