Job summary

You will drive data governance, support ECO/ECOs, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT to improve PLM processes and data quality. Strong data skills (Excel, Power BI) and BOM experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related).
• Knowledge or work experience in Teamcenter, engineering documentation, BOM, or configuration control is a plus.
• Experience with ECO/ECN processes and BOM structures is desirable.
• Attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional communication are important.
• Experience with data management tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Query) and automation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product master data, part numbers, BOMs, product structures, and engineering documentation within the PLM system (Teamcenter).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across PLM, ERP, and related systems.
• Support ECRs, ECOs, and ECNs through review, release, and implementation.
• Analyze data to generate reports, dashboards, and metrics for business decisions.
• Develop data governance standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management processes.
• Assist with PLM system enhancements, data migrations, testing, and user training.
