The Confidential company is seeking a PLC Programmer to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve PLC‑controlled equipment and automation systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot PLC programs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives onsite in Canlubang, Laguna. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT or capstone projects related to PLCs are welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant OJT experience or capstone project related to PLCs
• Knowledgeable in PLC programming, motor controls, automation systems, and control engineering concepts
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, bearing maintenance, and condition monitoring
• Must possess good communication skills, a high level of stress tolerance, and the ability to lift at least 20kg
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Full Onsite)

Responsabilidades

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and improves PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and production machinery.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Troubleshoots PLC programs, motor controls, sensors, and automation equipment.
• Conducts equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and failure analysis.
• Supports PLC programming, control logic improvements, and automation projects.
• Implements continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and maintenance practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related courses.
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant OJT experience (robotics or automation) or a capstone project related to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Knowledgeable in PLC programming, motor controls, automation systems, and control engineering concepts.
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, bearing maintenance, and condition monitoring.
• Must possess good communication skills, a high level of stress tolerance, and the ability to lift at least 20kg.
• Must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna (Full Onsite).
