Job summary

W3Global is seeking a control systems engineer to design and develop control systems and algorithms based on project requirements. You will program and configure PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems, and work with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms to deliver reliable automation solutions.

You will conduct system integration, testing, and debugging, perform diagnostics and troubleshooting, analyze processes for automation opportunities, and document designs and maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Design and develop control systems and algorithms based on project requirements.
• Program and configure PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms.
• Conduct system integration, testing, and debugging to ensure reliability.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control systems and related equipment.
• Document control system designs, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, mechanical and electrical engineers.
