Job description

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs using Studio 5000 and RSLogix 5000.
• Design, develop, and modify PLC and HMI applications for industrial automation systems.
• Perform system integration, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and field commissioning.
• Commission new automation equipment and production lines at customer sites.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication networks including EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Modbus, and Ethernet.
• Develop and maintain HMI applications using FactoryTalk View SE/ME.
• Work with electrical engineers to review control panel designs and electrical schematics.
• Integrate PLCs with VFDs, servo drives, robots, sensors, barcode scanners, vision systems, and third-party equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, networking, and electrical control system issues.
• Support equipment startup, production ramp-up, and customer acceptance.
• Prepare technical documentation, PLC backups, I/O lists, and commissioning reports.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and maintenance teams.
• Provide technical support during installation and production.
