Job summary

You will make outbound calls, share information about games, promotions, and bonuses, and address inquiries to convert prospects. A willingness to work 6 days a week and achieve performance targets is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport-building over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve goals consistently.
• Knowledge of slot games, live casino, and sports betting is advantageous.
• HS grads and undergrads with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential players and engage them in conversation.
• Provide information about games, promotions, and bonuses.
• Answer questions and address concerns from potential players.
• Encourage signup, deposits, and play on the website.
• Follow up with interested prospects who have not acted yet.
• Record accurate notes about each call and interaction.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
