Job summary

Techworld 360 Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Telesales Associate to contact potential players, persuade them to sign up, deposit, and play on our website. The role focuses on expanding the customer base and revenue through proactive phone conversations and engagement with players.

You will make outbound calls, share information about games, promotions, and bonuses, and address inquiries to convert prospects. A willingness to work 6 days a week and achieve performance targets is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and rapport-building over the phone.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance.

Daily Tasks

• Making outbound calls to potential players and engaging them in conversation Providing information about the games, promotions, and bonuses
• Answering questions and addressing concerns that potential players may have
• Encouraging potential players to sign up, make a deposit, and play on the website
• Following up with potential players who have expressed interest but have not yet taken action
• Recording accurate and detailed notes about each call and player interaction
• Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Qualifications
