Resolver-Crisp's Platform Risk Intelligence team in Makati, Manila seeks a Generalist Analyst to join the Human Intelligence department. You will employ OSINT and SOCMINT techniques to identify online threats, translate findings into actionable insights for clients and partners, and help safeguard users at scale.

The role requires strong English, emotional resilience, and the ability to work in a hybrid office with two days per week in the Makati location.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in online safety, safeguarding, or intelligence roles is desirable.
• Ability to research trends and areas of risk independently.
• Excellent research and report-writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Detect, investigate and analyse online threats involving self-harm and related content.
• Translate unstructured OSINT into clear, timely intelligence for clients and law enforcement.
• Track evolving language and tactics used by bad actors across messaging apps.
• Identify emerging risks and direct colleagues toward subjects of interest.
• Provide rapid analytical support during safety incidents or spikes in trends.
• Suggest process or workflow improvements based on best practice.
