Job summary

Resolver is seeking a Specialist Analyst to strengthen our Child Safety practice. You will independently conduct OSINT-based investigations into CSAM, grooming and child exploitation, and mentor junior team members while acting as a vertical specialist for clients.

• Demonstrable knowledge in online child safety or risk space.
• Fluent English and degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in research, safeguarding, or intelligence roles.
• High emotional resilience and discretion; confidentiality essential.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Detect and analyze online threats involving CSAM, grooming, and child exploitation with limited supervision.
• Translate intelligence into clear reports for clients and law enforcement partners.
• Track evolving language and tactics used by bad actors across apps.
• Deliver training and mentor colleagues within the team.
• Organize content delivery for a small, time-zone spread team; write handover notes.
• Act as client liaison as a child protection specialist.
• Provide rapid analytical support during urgent safety incidents.
• Investigate and propose process improvements based on best practice.
