Job summary

Resolver-Crisp is seeking a Generalist Analyst to join the Platform Risk Intelligence team in Makati, Manila. You will detect and analyze online threats, translate OSINT into clear intelligence for clients and law enforcement partners, and help mitigate harm online.

The role requires English fluency, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid office environment with 2 days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of online safety risk space and ability to research new trends.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in research, safeguarding, intelligence, or similar roles is desirable.
• Excellent research and report-writing skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines across multiple cases; discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Detect, investigate and analyse online threats involving self-harm and related risks.
• Translate unstructured open-source intelligence into clear, timely insights for clients and law enforcement partners.
• Track evolving language and tactics used by bad actors across messaging apps and groups.
• Identify emerging risks and guide colleagues toward subjects of interest.
• Provide rapid analytical support during urgent safety incidents or trend spikes.
• Investigate and propose process or workflow improvements based on best practice.
