Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT programs and multiple related projects.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define program scope, objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Coordinate multiple project teams and ensure alignment across initiatives.
• Monitor project and program progress, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Developers, Architects, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
• Facilitate program meetings, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Provide regular program status updates, dashboards, and management reports.
• Ensure effective resource planning and allocation across projects.
• Identify and escalated critical blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects follow appropriate SDLC, governance, change, and release processes.
• Oversee testing, implementation, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Ensure program deliverables are completed within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication across business and technical teams.
