Job summary

GCash is seeking a Platform Manager to drive IT initiatives within the financial services space. The role requires extensive experience in business analysis, product or project management, and stakeholder engagement across multiple levels.

You will oversee due diligence activities, vendor sourcing, platform design, and lifecycle management, ensuring delivery across diverse tracks while aligning technology with business processes and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Manager.
• At least 3 years stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in IT domain, preferably in financial services (bank or non-bank) is preferred.
• Strong background in Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting, Platform Design & Delivery, Platform Lifecycle Management, and Service & Operations Management.

• Collaborate with IT stakeholders at various levels and manage expectations.
• Conduct due diligence activities and support project management across assessment tracks.

Responsibilities:

As a Platform Manager, you are expected to deliver the following based on your professional experience in the Financial Industry.

Requires experience in the IT domain, preferably in the financial services setting (either bank or non-bank).

Analyst experience (either as business analyst, systems analyst, or in a consultant’s capacity) for the conducting of due diligence activities,

Project Management experience handling different tracks of an assessment.

Comfortable working with stakeholders of various levels, both internal and external as necessary.

Is aware of and understands the role of technology as enabler and can visualize how technology impacts existing and potential processes and articulate these to stakeholders.
