Job summary

VIAVI Solutions in Spain seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop and deploy business software at scale for telecom customers worldwide. You will help deploy and maintain solutions across diverse infrastructure and align with product teams on training and knowledge transfer.

The role requires proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD, plus hands-on coding in Python/ Bash/ Go or Java. Strong Linux administration and cloud tooling are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker and deployment.
• Developing Helm charts and Docker files.
• Deploying solutions in OpenStack, Proxmox, Bare Metal environments.
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Software development in Python, Bash, Go, or Java.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
