Job summary

Alphasys Philippines Inc. seeks a Service Delivery Lead to act as the primary client-facing contact, guiding specialist projects, enhancements, and managed services across the AlphaSys delivery ecosystem.

You will translate business needs into actionable solutions while ensuring quality and sustainable delivery outcomes. In this role you will manage client engagements, triage and clarify requirements, assist with estimation and planning, coordinate releases, and support testing and post-release

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting clients across platforms, enhancements, or managed services.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in configuration, investigation, and delivery support.
• 5+ years of experience supporting estimation, planning, and delivery coordination.
• Broad understanding of delivery ecosystems and platform capabilities.
• Ability to triage issues and clarify requirements.
• Exposure to build, testing, release, and post-release activities.
• Ability to work independently on standard configuration tasks.
• Strong collaboration skills with teams and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Platform Support: Acts as the main delivery and technical contact for assigned clients. Builds strong relationships, understands client platforms and priorities, provides practical advice, and ensures clear communication on progress, risks, and delivery status. Coordinates with specialists where needed to ensure continuity of service and improvements.
• Triage, Investigation & Requirements: Converts unclear requests into actionable work. Triages issues, investigates root causes, classifies work type, and clarifies requirements. Ensures outcomes, risks, assumptions, and dependencies are clearly defined before delivery, escalating to specialist s when required.
• Planning & Delivery Coordination: Supports estimation, planning, and delivery execution. Breaks down work into tasks or user stories, identifies dependencies, supports backlog and sprint planning, coordinates with delivery teams, and tracks progress while managing risks and documentation.
• Build, Configuration & Testing: Delivers standard platform configuration and enhancements. Works across workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations, ensures quality checks, supports testing and defect resolution, and escalates complex technical work when needed.
• Collaboration & Specialist Support: Works independently while engaging specialists when needed. Ensures the right expertise is involved at the right time, collaborates across teams, shares knowledge, and ensures clients receive well - informed solutions.
• Release & Continuous Improvement: Supports release preparation, validation, and deployment. Communicates release outcomes, performs post - release checks, maintains documentation, and identifies opportunities to improve delivery quality and client experience.
