Job summary

E4 Software Services Pvt Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Automation/DevOps professional to design and implement scalable automation for infrastructure and platforms. You will build reusable automation using Python, Go, Terraform/OpenTofu, and Ansible, while supporting CI/CD, GitOps, and cloud-native stacks.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, REST API integrations, and collaboration with engineering teams to transform manual tasks into automated, reliable workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Automation, DevOps, Platform Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD automation.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Strong Git and version-control experience.
• Experience with Linux and infrastructure automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation solutions for infrastructure and platform operations.
• Build reusable automation using Python, Go and scripting technologies.
• Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, OpenTofu and Ansible.
• Automate deployment, configuration, monitoring and operational workflows.
• Integrate platforms and tools through REST APIs and automation frameworks.
• Support Kubernetes, containers and cloud-native application platforms.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Implement GitOps and automated configuration management practices.
• Build automation around observability, security, compliance and operational processes.
• Support platform reliability and production operations.
• Contribute to event-driven automation, intelligent automation and AIOps initiatives.
• Work with engineering teams to identify manual processes and convert them into scalable automated solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and reusable automation standards.
