Job summary

Pricon in Cabuyao, Laguna is seeking a dedicated professional to streamline production processes, control costs, reduce errors, and meet deadlines while supervising a team of production staff.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a plastic injection molding setting, knows mold setup, machine operation, troubleshooting, and can read technical drawings. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and willingness to work shifts and OT is expected.

Qualifications

• College graduate; engineering background preferred.
• 1–2 years in a plastic injection molding environment.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, mold setup, machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and production specs.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Willing to work shifts and render overtime when required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
