Responsible for supporting and improving plastic injection molding operations by optimizing production processes, maintaining product quality, reducing machine downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related engineering course.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, mold setup, machine operation, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and weekends when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Work Setup & Location- Face-to-face work setup- Location: (1) Cabuyao, Laguna & (1) Malvar, Batangas- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
