Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee all stock movements at the Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija facility. You will supervise warehouse staff, ensure accurate receiving and issuance, and maintain orderly stock arrangements to support efficient operations.

The role requires basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn forklift operations. Experience is not mandatory, but familiarity with inventory controls is a plus in a fast-paced packaging

Qualifications

• With or without experience.
• Forklift/Grablift operation is an advantage but not required.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Implement proper inventory control by supervising documentation of all incoming and outgoing bales/materials from the warehouse.
• Verify receiving reports against delivery documents and supervise receiving of deliveries.
• Update inventory status from receipts, transfers and issuances.
• Supervise the arrangement of bales/materials to ensure organized stocking and smooth stock movement.
• Supervise checkers and grablift/forklift operators in stock monitoring and loading to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuances of stocks to requesting parties.
• Review and generate inventory reports for stock status, issuances, transfers and returns.
• Supervise training of checkers and operators.
• Ensure product and service quality meets customer standards and performance requirements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
