Job summary

Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Plant Operations Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for the Plant Operations Department, ensuring efficient daily functions. The role covers inventory management and plant operations tasks, requiring good communication, basic data handling, and willingness to work Mondays through Saturdays.

Residence in or relocation to Tublay, Benguet is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong analytical skills on various data and information.
• Willing to render overtime (if needed).
• Willing to work a Monday to Saturday schedule.
• Preferably residing in or willing to relocate to Tublay, Benguet.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the availability of stocks of other merchandise (OM) and canister products.
• Assist in dispatching of route delivery for the accuracy of the items that will be delivered to stores.
• Reconcile with the Cylinder Controller for the total LPG and cylinders sold with the stores.
• Coordinate with the Cylinder Controller for the available stocks of cylinders, and with the Quality Control Personnel for cylinders return and for replacement to the store.
• Check the availability of stocks of consumables such as seals, paints, thinners, liquid soaps, cotton gloves, etc.
• Provide assistance with the Cylinder Controller for cylinder control and inventory management in preparing cylinder rebates
• Assist the driver and helper that will cater daily delivery and entertain their requests and inquiries.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Supervisor as needed by the team.
• Perform other supportive tasks as needed by the team and partner departments.
