Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 8+ years of HR and Administration experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan on a five-day workweek.
