Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Plant Finance Analyst to ensure accurate recording and reporting of all manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution costs. The role focuses on analyzing TMC, FME, and plant OPEX, guaranteeing GAAP compliance, and delivering timely management reports and budget validation.

The successful candidate will oversee Production Controllers, manage month-end closings, and coordinate with PFMs for year-end standard costs and SAP integrity across the plant network

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting with strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Experience as cost/plant accountant in a manufacturing setting a plus.
• Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIF) and data-driven mindset.
• CPA certification is an advantage, not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production controllers to support plant finance activities.
• Monitor process orders and ensure timely period-end closing and TECO compliance.
• Post transactions accurately in SAP and minimize manual journal vouchers.
• Provide timely analysis on manufacturing cost, variances, and savings to plant leadership.
