Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks a Plant Finance Analyst to provide financial support to the San Pedro 2 Plant in Laguna. You will handle cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering to drive profitability.

Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain; ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards while delivering timely month-end closings and insightful financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related field.
• 2–3 years in Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or Financial Analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Good communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze manufacturing costs and plant financial performance.
• Perform variance analysis on material usage, labor, overhead, and waste.
• Monitor plant KPIs and provide financial insights to management.
• Execute month-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Partner with operations and support functions to improve profitability.
