Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze manufacturing costs, operating expenses, and plant financial performance reports.
• Perform variance analysis on material usage, labor, utilities, overhead, yield, and waste.
• Monitor plant KPIs and provide financial insights to management.
• Execute month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
