Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate; CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years in cost/plant accounting within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot).
• Detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
• Based in Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant cost accounting and reporting in SAP.
• Prepare and analyze TMC, FME, and OPEX variances.
• Support Plant Finance Manager with budgets and standards.
• Ensure timely year-end closing and compliance with policies.
• Provide training to Production Controllers.
