Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Experience in industrial plant maintenance, power generation, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, motors, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical, PLC, and I&C equipment.
• Ensure plant electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Conduct inspections and identify potential electrical faults or risks.
• Support plant shutdowns, commissioning activities and equipment upgrades.
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest practical improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and procedures.
