Qualifications
- Experience in PLC programming and control system projects.
- Knowledge of electrical instrumentation and substation maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to analyze process data and document procedures.
Responsibilities
- Carry out continuous process operation following procedures and work instructions.
- Modify PLC and operator interface programs with approval.
- Configure drives and instruments and submit documentation.
- Implement new electrical, instrumentation, and automation designs.
- Analyze control data to identify deviations and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot PLC, operator interface, VFDs and instrumentation systems.
- Install cables and terminate wires for instrumentation and networks.
- Perform preventive maintenance on substations and distribution systems.
- Operate and troubleshoot power distribution and automation systems.
- Check spare-parts status and report discrepancies.
