Job summary

Nestlé in Cabuyao, Philippines, seeks an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician II to operate and optimize electrical, instrumentation and automation systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include programming and implementing control systems, troubleshooting PLCs and interfaces, performing preventive maintenance on power substations, and ensuring safety, hygiene and proper documentation across the electrical workshop.

Qualifications

Experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of PLC programming and control systems.
Familiarity with VFDs, soft starters and instrumentation components.
Strong focus on safety, hygiene and documentation.

Responsibilities

Programming and implementing electrical/control systems; modify PLC programs with approval.
Configure drives and instruments; document configurations and changes.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation and automation components.
Install cables, conduits and terminate wires for instrumentation and electrical installations.
Conduct preventive maintenance for substation and distribution systems.
Perform housekeeping, safety checks and ensure orderly electrical workshops.
