Vivant Infracore Holdings, Inc in Cebu City seeks a senior finance lead responsible for recording transactions, financial reporting, and safeguarding assets. This role partners with Plant Manager and Investments and Operations to develop the plant’s annual budget, monitor usage, and ensure timely billing.
The successful candidate will provide sound financial advice based on reports, manage tax compliance, and lead general accounting, AR/AP, and policy adherence, with people management duties.
Job Summary
Generally responsible for the systematic and comprehensive recording of transactions in the books of accounts, efficient processing of transactions, and providing relevant financial and tax reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders. Establishes processes and policies that support operational requirements and safeguard the company’s assets.
This lead role works closely with the Plant Manager & Investments and Operations team to develop the plant’s annual budget, monitor its usage, and ensure prompt billing to achieve collection efficiency. Additionally, provides sound financial advice to the Plant Manager based on financial and management reports generated, analyzed and submitted.

Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or Accounting Technology
CPA, CMA, CFA or CIA credential is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years work experience in financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting and audit and people management
Preferably with experience in using ERP system
Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation
With experience in government compliance
Proficient in the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and the appropriate use of these standards in the company’s transactions
