Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Robotics Associate to manage the automated bagging and palletizing operation in the packing section. You will ensure the smooth and safe functioning of the bagging machine and related equipment, and contribute to basic preventive maintenance and calibration.

You will coordinate with the Production Supervisor on scheduling, ensure correct packaging materials and production codes, and maintain timely production reports.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to undergo training across departments.
• Knowledge of ingredient profiles and their effect on products is aplus.
• Good numerical and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operates the automated bagging machine and robotics palletizing equipment.
• Conducts checking, cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of packing machines.
• Coordinates with Production Supervisor on scheduling and material usage.
• Ensures correct production codes are reflected on packaging materials.
• Maintains timely production reports and supports ISO/HACCP activities.
