Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, SCM, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in production planning, material planning, or supply chain in a manufacturing setting, supervisory/managerial preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Box-build assembly experience is a plus.
• Open to Malaysian candidates relocating to the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, and manage production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and capacity.
• Perform MRP and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor production work orders and track progress to ensure timely completion and closure.
• Analyze forecast changes to optimize planning and capacity utilization.
• Monitor FG inventory to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and inventory reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in box-build assembly is an added advantage.
• Open to Malaysian candidates willing to relocate to and work in the Philippines.
