Job summary

Mevbuilt Incorporated is seeking a Scheduling/Planning professional to support project delivery in Quezon City. The role focuses on master scheduling, progress monitoring, and weekly reporting to ensure adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities include preparing the master schedule with the Project Manager, refining work methodologies, and coordinating with subcontractors on site. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and MS Project is required.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate preferably CE.
• Licensed / Not Licensed Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the master schedule with the Project Manager for client/PMT approval.
• Assist the PM with project execution plan, work methodology, and sequence of work.
• Prepare Manpower and Equipment Loading for QS, Equipment, Assets, Procurement and HR.
• Monitor and update the schedule through site reports and subcon billing verification.
• Weekly updating of S-curve for Planned vs Actual Accomplishment.
• Assist PM with weekly internal and external progress reports.
• Plan weekly look ahead with Site Operations to coordinate with subcontractors on site.
• Close monitoring of changes/variation orders affecting schedule and weather/force majeure.
• Attend and/or preside weekly coordination meetings.
• Formalize discussions via internal/external letters.
• Close out all EOT claims with PMT or Client.
