Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• With minimum work experience of 6 months
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, construction methodologies, and project controls.
• Familiarity with contracts, BOQ, and construction documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure that all engineering bid documents are complete and accurate.
• Prepare and update construction schedules for bidding and awarded projects.
• Develop baseline schedules based on contract documents and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare manpower loading, equipment loading, key personnel loading, and project S-curves.
• Monitor project progress and evaluate schedule performance against the approved baseline.
• Coordinate with project operations to update schedules based on actual site accomplishments.
• Prepare catch-up schedules, recovery plans, and Extension of Time (EOT) schedules when necessary.
• Maintain and control all project schedule revisions and related planning documents.
• Secure approved and signed copies of schedule revisions and planning documents.
• Coordinate with project teams to obtain documents and information required for project scheduling.
• Prepare periodic planning and progress reports for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
