Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills.
• Professional License in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor or in related field.
• Knowledge in Primavera P6.
• 1-4 years experience in Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and updating of project schedule based on contract.
• Prepare work program and target milestone of the project based on the plan (Submittal Schedule, Procurement Schedule, Equipment Loading, Manpower Loading).
• Review and analyze weekly progress and prepare weekly reports for operation meeting submitted to Project Manager and Planning Manager.
• Monitor critical activities based on project schedule and coordinate with site operations.
• Updating of project work program and cash flow showing actual progress.
• Identify causes of delays and provide recovery program or prepare time-extension claims.
