Job summary

A recruitment firm is looking for a qualified Project-in-Charge to oversee site work in plumbing and sanitary projects. The candidate must hold a degree in Engineering and have significant experience in construction. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contract obligations and coordinating with project management. Proficiency in MS Office, SketchUp, and AutoCAD is essential. A strong ability to solve problems and make decisions is required. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Civil).
• Three years of experience as Project-in-Charge in Plumbing and Sanitary works.
• Five years of experience in vertical/horizontal construction.
• At least five (5) years of experience in vertical/horizontal construction
• Able to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office, SketchUp, and AutoCAD
• Able to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site.
• Coordinate between the project site and the project management team, including requests for additional manpower, materials, and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective implementation of all site work, activities, and operations to meet contract obligations.
• Attend site coordination meetings and assist in determining project requirements. Keep the CTO/PM and others informed about project status and any issues that may impact client relations.
• Maintain proper installation at the site in accordance with the approved construction and shop drawings.
• Ensure the efficiency of all manpower provided at the project site.
• Coordinate between the project site and the project management team, including requests for additional manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and provide updates on project status and any issues that may affect client relations.

Requirements

• Project-based position
• Must hold at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Civil)
• Must have at least three (3) years of experience working as a Project-in-Charge in Plumbing and Sanitary works
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in vertical/horizontal construction
• Must be able to read and understand drawings and specifications
• Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be proficient in standard office applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SketchUp, and AutoCAD
• Must be able to start ASAP
