• Develop construction schedules that optimize resources while meeting client deadlines.
• Maintain construction schedules using software.
• Monitor actual progress against schedules to identify delays that may impact contractor payments.
• Collaborate with site engineers to develop cost-effective construction methodologies.
• Generate progress reports to support payment applications and client communications.
• Identify potential risks to contractor obligations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials arrive on schedule to prevent liquidated damages.
• Evaluate change orders to secure appropriate time extensions and additional compensation.
• Maintain organized payment documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Work with QC team to schedule inspections efficiently without disrupting critical path activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
