Job summary

Powerchina B7 Philippines Corp. is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our project controls team in Navotas, Metro Manila. You will develop detailed baselines, work breakdown structures, and look-ahead schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project to drive on-time project delivery.

You will monitor progress, forecast resource needs and cash flow, identify risks, and communicate status to project managers, contractors, and clients through regular progress reports and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• High proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Build baselines, WBS, and look-ahead schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Progress Monitoring: Track site accomplishments and assess impact on timeline.
• Resource Management: Plan manpower, equipment, and material loading; forecast cash flow.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify delays and propose recovery plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress with PMs, contractors, and clients.

Essential Qualifications
