Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in data processing, BPO, back-office operations, or similar work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not required). Undergraduates may also apply, provided they have at least 2 years of BPO, back‑office, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new Group Retirement clients and maintain existing plans, including amendments, advisor changes, fund updates, repricing, and plan discontinuances.
  • Review and process highly sensitive, regulated fund and plan information with accuracy and compliance to guidelines and provincial regulations.
  • Meet service level agreements by managing multiple cases, validating information, and ensuring timely completion of requests.
  • Exercise sound judgment when processing cases and conducting thorough quality checks to prevent financial errors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and team metrics; perform additional duties as assigned by Operations Management.

Job description

We’re looking for a Canada Retirement - Plan Design Associate to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you will support the end-to-end administration of Canada Group Retirement plans. You’ll help ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information, process plan-level updates, and contribute directly to delivering seamless experience for our customers. Required Qualifications
