Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in project management and operations, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional IT or business projects end-to-end.
• Practical knowledge of PMBOK/Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced expertise with project management and planning tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Project Planning, Demand & Intake: own end-to-end project intake and scoping.
• Estimation, scoping and resource planning across business and tech leads.
• Resource capacity management across active projects; balance workloads.
• Execution Oversight: ensure on-time delivery, track milestones and KPIs.
• Methodology enforcement: standardized templates, reporting cadences, governance.
• Risk & issue mitigation: identify risks, unblock issues with PMs.
• Status reporting: prepare dashboards and metrics for leadership.
• Stakeholder coordination: align business, dev, and operations teams.
• Team leadership: mentor a team of Project Managers; drive development.
