Job summary

Ascendion in the Philippines is seeking a skilled PL/SQL developer to join our applications team. You will develop and modify PL/SQL packages based on approved requirements, and provide technical input for impact assessments, system design, and change requests.

The role involves unit and system testing, deployments, production support, and knowledge transfer as an SME. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, clients, vendors, and technical teams, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant experience in application development and maintenance.
Strong PL/SQL development experience.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of SDLC, testing, production support, and deployment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify applications and PL/SQL packages based on approved requirements.
Provide technical inputs for impact assessments, system design, and change requests.
Perform unit/system testing and support SIT, UAT, and Production issue resolution.
Maintain applications, implement production fixes, and deliver enhancements.
Handle technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Prepare technical documentation, deployment manuals, and reports.
Perform Production deployments and provide knowledge transfer as an SME.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, clients, vendors, and technical teams.
