Agentic Trainers seeks an experienced operations professional to design and supervise AI agent workflows, map responsibilities, and build dashboards that quantify speed, quality, cost, and revenue. You will train agents from job descriptions, create operating instructions, and ensure reliable, auditable outputs across a growing AI-powered team.

You’ll test bots, establish quality checks, and determine when human review is required, partnering with leadership to prioritize builds and scale the AI

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years in operations, process improvement, automation or similar.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools.
• Excellent written English.
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work while we’re remote.

What we’re doing

Agentic Trainers (agentictrainers.com) is an AI workforce for business. We train AI agents with human experts, deploy them inside a company, and keep a person reviewing their work. We practice what we sell: our own executive assistants, lead generators, SEO, blogging and PR already run on AI agents that report to human supervisors.

I'm Matthew Narciso, CEO of Agentic Trainers and Managing Director of SuperStaff, an outsourcing firm in its 18th year with about 600 people across the US, the Philippines and Colombia. I run several companies, so I've created this brand new role to fill the gap in my bandwidth. We're building the back end from scratch: the workflows, the bots, the tests and the dashboards that show whether it all works.

This is an operations job, not a coding job

AI writes most of the code now. The hard part is the thinking: knowing how a business really runs and teaching AI agents to do the work well. At Agentic Trainers, you'll train agents from job descriptions, map the workflows they run, supervise their output, and build custom dashboards that give our clients live reporting on how their AI workforce is performing. If you've spent years figuring out how work actually gets done, who owns what, and where it breaks, this is your job.

What we want from you

The type of person we're looking for

• A true operations expert. You understand how work flows through a business and can spot the failure points before they happen.
• Someone who can turn a job description into a trained AI agent: clear instructions, examples, quality checks and escalation rules.
• A builder who has made and measured real AI or automation workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar). Deep coding skills aren't required.
• A tester at heart: you write test cases and don't trust a demo.
• Comfortable with data, SQL or spreadsheets, and clear dashboards.
• A strong written communicator who documents what you build.
• Someone who wants to build a business and share the upside, not just collect a paycheck.

The role

This is a brand new role, designed around the right person, and you'll help define it. As Pioneer AI Operations Lead, you'll work beside me and own the back end of the business.

How we’ll hire

1. A short application and a 30-minute conversation.
2. A paid trial project (about 2 weeks): map one workflow, build a working bot for it, test it and show the results.
3. After an offer, you start with 60 days remote while you relocate, then join me full-time in our Makati lab. This is a permanent move to Manila.
