Creathink Solutions.Inc is seeking a proactive Junior Forward Deployed AI Engineer in the Philippines to translate client needs into working AI-enabled web features. You will work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into concrete tasks, building web apps with TypeScript, Next.js and React.

You will collaborate across product and engineering to ensure quality delivery, participate in code reviews, and increasingly own parts of the solution in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive, energetic Junior Forward Deployed AI Engineer who is strong technically but also comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.

You’ll be expected to understand business problems, gather requirements, clarify what users actually need, and then help turn those requirements into working products and features.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to sit behind a screen and wait for tickets. We’re looking for someone who asks questions, follows up, identifies issues early and takes ownership.

Initial projects

Your first projects will include:

• Supporting a local employment agency to streamline operations and build new AI-powered platforms.

• Supporting a data-driven SaaS startup with application development, data workflows and AI-enabled features.

You’ll work directly with stakeholders, engineers and product leads.

What you’ll do

• Speak directly with stakeholders to understand business problems and operational processes.

• Gather, clarify and document requirements.

• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and working features.

• Ask the right questions when requirements are unclear or incomplete.

• Proactively identify problems, risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Build and maintain web applications using TypeScript, Next.js and React.

• Work with APIs, databases and third-party integrations.

• Contribute to our shared codebase through GitHub.

• Participate in pull requests, code reviews and CI/CD workflows.

• Test, debug and improve features based on user feedback.

• Communicate blockers early rather than waiting to be asked.
