Everflow Studio in Taft, Manila, is a Pilates studio dedicated to making wellness accessible. We are seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Associate to manage front desk operations, bookings, and inquiries while ensuring a welcoming environment for every client.

The role involves greeting clients, processing payments, coordinating with instructors, and maintaining daily records. No Pilates experience is required, but interest in wellness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Experience in customer service, reception, sales, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
• Interest in Pilates, fitness, wellness, or the lifestyle industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly, assist with check-ins, answer questions, and provide a positive studio experience.
• Handle class reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, and client inquiries through our booking platform and social media channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to messages, calls, and inquiries regarding class schedules, rates, packages, and studio policies.
• Monitor daily class schedules, maintain attendance records, and coordinate with Pilates instructors regarding upcoming sessions.
• Assist with payment verification, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Keep the reception area and shared spaces clean, organized, and presentable.
• Introduce clients to available class packages, promotions, and studio offerings while encouraging repeat bookings and building client relationships.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, daily reports, and other operational duties as needed.
• Handle client concerns professionally and coordinate with management when necessary.
