Maxipro Corp. Consultancy, Inc. is seeking a licensed physician to provide medical supervision and patient care in a dialysis center.

The role involves monitoring patients through all dialysis phases, identifying complications, and coordinating with nephrology and nursing staff to ensure safe, effective treatment. The ideal candidate holds a Philippine medical license, BLS, and preferably ACLS, with strong clinical judgment and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed physician in the Philippines.
• Experience in dialysis or related clinical settings preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification advantageous.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays in a dialysis center.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical supervision and patient care during hemodialysis sessions.

• Monitor vital signs and identify complications.
• Provide medical interventions for dialysis-related emergencies.
• Review labs, medications, and patient information.
• Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and dialysis staff.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Responsible for providing medical supervision and patient care during hemodialysis sessions, ensuring patient safety and proper management of dialysis-related medical concerns and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.

• Monitor vital signs and identify complications or changes in patient condition.

• Provide appropriate medical intervention for dialysis-related complications and emergencies.

• Review laboratory results, medications, and relevant patient medical information.

• Coordinate closely with nephrologists, nurses, dialysis technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate initial management.

• Maintain complete and accurate patient medical records and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and applicable regulations.

• Provide medical guidance to the dialysis team to support safe patient care.

• Assist in maintaining quality and patient safety standards within the dialysis center.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician in the Philippines.

• Experience in a dialysis center, hospital, internal medicine, emergency medicine, or related clinical setting is preferred.

• Knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and common dialysis complications is an advantage.

• BLS certification required; ACLS certification is an advantage.

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
