Job summary

People Well Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative SNF team in Los Banos, CA. The clinician will help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, function, and independence through personalized, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing plans of care, providing therapeutic exercises, and educating patients and families. CA license and BLS/CPR are required; option for growth and teamwork is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active CA Physical Therapist license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the applicable setting preferred; qualified clinicians at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply.
