Job summary

People Well Staffing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a collaborative skilled nursing facility rehabilitation team in Los Banos, CA. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide hands-on treatment supporting independence with daily activities and functional performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active CA COTA license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the employer.
• Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
