• Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and composed on challenging calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on client needs.
• Call-center setting with regular use of phones and computer systems.
• Climate-controlled environment and sedentary role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account-specific programs.
• Resolve issues, de-escalate dissatisfied clients, and elevate calls when necessary.
• Track and document call-related details for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues related to downtime, system errors, or training needs.
• Maintain and update customer information in company systems.
• Assist with credit card authorizations and processing as needed.
• Support service upgrades and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform additional client-specific duties as required.
