Qualifications

10+ years in Philippine water / water infrastructure / water metering / smart-water relevant experience; long-term service to large water utilities strongly preferred
Established Maynilad / Manila Water relationship network and senior-level engagement experience
Familiar with Philippine water-industry supplier base and procurement processes
Ability to drive executive- and functional-level conversations and deal shaping

Responsibilities

Lead core-utility client development and drive FiberHome's entry into the Philippine water-utility system
Drive market breakthrough with Maynilad and Manila Water and identify concrete needs around FiberHome's Smart Water Meter, AMR/AMI, IoT Platform, NRW
Run competitive and supplier analysis to rapidly assess the current Philippine vendor landscape
Design commercial models aligned to local utilities and industry procurement practices
Shape commercial strategies and collaborate with internal teams to advance projects
