Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centres Philippines Limited is seeking an HSE Business Partner to embed a strong safety culture across sites in the Philippines. You will partner with business leaders to drive compliance, lead risk assessments, and enable safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 5–6 years in logistics or manufacturing environments, SO3/SO4 experience, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Strong English and Tagalog communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing.
• SO3 or SO4 certification required or strongly preferred.
• Experience engaging directly with clients and external stakeholders with presentations and safety communications.
• Ability to act as a bridge between site operations and clients ensuring alignment on safety standards.
• Exposure to large multinational clients is advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and familiarity with Kaizen methodologies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Proficient in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• HSE advisory, risk management and compliance across sites.
• Support site Managers, Safety Champions and frontline teams to identify hazards and controls.
• Ensure compliance with global HSE standards and local legislation.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of incidents and drive learning and improvements.
• Conduct site visits and support emergency preparedness and environmental management.
